Sonia Dedic

Senior Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Sonia brings over 25 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping, with more than 10 years spent working closely with Craig across various businesses.

As Senior Bookkeeper and Office Manager, she leads office operations, manages financial administration, oversees scheduling, and maintains strong relationships with customers and major accounts, contributing significantly to the ongoing success of Green Star Solutions.

With over 22 years’ experience in administration — including 15 years as an Executive Assistant in the construction industry – Abby brings strong organisational expertise and exceptional attention to detail to the team.

She provides friendly, professional support across all areas of the business, including documentation, manual preparation, website management, award submissions, and day-to-day administrative operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The team at Green Star were great right from the friendly delivery man who was also Craig’s offsider on the install, through to the office staff. They are a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and responsive crew. Highly recommend this company and their products!! Our pool installer was unable to set up our heater as the power was not yet hard wired. My husband rang and left a message for them to contact us and they returned our call the next business day. Craig went above and beyond to help us set up our heater. As I am new to the world of pools he wanted me through every step via video call. I am so grateful that Craig and his team took the time to value their customers, carefully explain the steps & ensure that I understood what to do next time. Was able to FaceTime and I was walked through how to solve the problem and how the system works and the water flows. We had Ian come around a couple of weeks ago. He was fantastic, really thorough and personable. Arrived on time, installed the system and went through the system with me. It was a little difficult for him because the previous company hadn’t installed the correct type of Power Point for the system, but he talked me through it. And today when the power point issue was rectified, I felt confident enough to conduct the set to work, and the system operated just as Ian said it would. He even left marks on the valves so I knew which one to turn and to where. Highly recommend.
