Craig from Green Star Solutions came to my house to show me how to use my new Genesis 17kw heat pump for my swimming pool / spa and he also set it up so it works at the optimum level. This guy knows exactly what he is talking about and gives the best advice. Renae was a pleasure to deal with too. She was very professional, organised and provided great customer service. The team at Green Star were great right from the friendly delivery man who was also Craig’s offsider on the install, through to the office staff. Highly recommend this company and their products!! Our pool installer was unable to set up our heater as the power was not yet hard wired. My husband rang and left a message for them to contact us and they returned our call the next business day. Craig went above and beyond to help us set up our heater. As I am new to the world of pools he wanted me through every step via video call. I am so grateful that Craig and his team took the time to value their customers, carefully explain the steps & ensure that I understood what to do next time. Pool company installed heat pump. Had some issues and called Greenstar service department. Was able to FaceTime and I was walked through how to solve the problem and how the system works and the water flows. The technician taught me more about the pool pump and heat system in 8mins than I knew in 6months from pool handover. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Greenstar is 5 star ⭐️

We had Ian come around a couple of weeks ago. He was fantastic, really thorough and personable. Arrived on time, installed the system and went through the system with me. It was a little difficult for him because the previous company hadn’t installed the correct type of Power Point for the system, but he talked me through it. And today when the power point issue was rectified, I felt confident enough to conduct the set to work, and the system operated just as Ian said it would. He even left marks on the valves so I knew which one to turn and to where. Highly recommend.

We were unsure of how to heat our pool. Craig came to our house and offered several solutions. We went with a great heat pump…From consultation to install everything was brilliant can’t recommend greenstar solutions highly enough.
