By working closely with Variety WA and being hands-on throughout the entire process, our team ensured the installation was completed to the highest standard while making the experience positive and stress-free for the family.

Donation of a Heat Pump for Tyler's Pool
A nine-year-old boy from Perth, Tyler Wyatt, who has a chromosome abnormality and non-verbal autism, has received a life-changing gift thanks to the generosity of local businesses and the children’s charity Variety WA. The family initially applied for a grant to help fund a therapy pool at their home. Still, several businesses came together to donate materials and services, making the pool a reality much sooner than expected. The pool now allows Tyler to complete most of his water-based therapy at home, helping him build motor skills, bond with his family, and thrive in a safe and familiar environment.

Green Star Solutions partnered with Variety – the Children’s Charity in 2025 to support a local family raising three children with significant and complex physical support needs. For this family, hydrotherapy isn’t optional – it’s essential. Swimming plays a critical role in supporting the children’s movement, strength and overall rehabilitation. However, year-round access simply wasn’t possible due to the cost of heating the pool.
Through the generous donation and installation of a pool heat pump, Green Star Solutions has helped ensure the children can now access hydrotherapy consistently, regardless of the season. Reliable access means fewer interruptions to therapy and greater stability for the whole family.
“Because of what you’ve done, the kids can now swim all year round, which is so important for their movement and therapy,” their dad Pradesh shared. “This is something I’ve always wanted for them, but unfortunately the cost made it impossible. I just want to say thank you for this generous support.”
This practical contribution removes a significant barrier and provides lasting impact – not just through equipment, but through the reassurance that essential therapy can continue at home, all year round.
